In short
Better is built from Apple's own controls, so what works in Apple's apps works here. Every build runs Apple's accessibility audit before it ships, at normal text sizes and at the largest ones. If something gets in your way, email pyxelapps@gmail.com and say what you were trying to do.
VoiceOver
Every number is read with its unit and what it is compared against. Highlights are read as one sentence, then the evidence. Charts can be explored with Audio Graphs, so a trend can be heard as well as seen.
Voice Control
Every button and switch has a name you can say, and the names match what is on screen.
Larger text
All text follows your text size, up to the largest accessibility sizes. Cards grow taller rather than cutting words off.
Not by colour alone
Up and down always carry an arrow as well as a colour. Charts label their parts in words.
Reduce Motion
With Reduce Motion on, the globe stays still, loading shimmer stops, and things fade in place instead of moving.
Dark mode
Better follows your iPhone's light or dark setting, on every screen and on the widgets.
Not there yet
Some of the lighter colours, the green in particular, fall short of Apple's contrast guidance on a white background, so Better does not claim sufficient contrast yet. There is no video or audio in the app, so captions and audio descriptions do not apply.
